What is the UPERFECT 60-Day Hassle-Free Support?Updated a day ago

Customers may return any undamaged product within 60 days of receiving it. Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will begin processing your refund promptly.

Please note that this return policy does not apply to corporate or bulk orders of more than 10 units.

To ensure your return is accepted, make sure:

  • All original accessories are included.
  • The item is shipped back in its original packaging, which offers the best protection during transit.
  • For returns that are not related to a product defect, UPERFECT provides free return shipping, and refunds will cover the full product cost.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date. After this period, refunds for non-quality-related cases cannot be processed.

If the product was purchased through another retailer, please contact them directly for refund assistance.

Important: Items returned without their original packaging may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount due to the higher risk of damage during shipping. Our packaging is specifically designed to safeguard sensitive components, especially monitor screens, during transport. We recommend keeping all packaging materials until you are certain the product will not be returned.
