January 2025 Update
Due to ongoing adjustments to its touch technology, the UColor O2 Touch is currently out of stock. We are actively seeking solutions and will provide updates as soon as possible. The previously estimated shipping time is uncertain now.
In the meantime, you may consider the UColor O2 No Touch is in stock and available for purchase as an alternative.

December 2024 Update
We apologize for the delay. The overwhelming demand for the UColor O2 Series during the presale exceeded our expectations, leading to shipments being made in batches. Customers who have not yet received their orders are kindly asked to remain patient, as production capacity is still ramping up. We will work to fulfill all orders as soon as possible.

For customers who purchased the UColor O2 Touch, we are offering the following compensation options:
- Exchange for the UColor O2 at a price of $309.99, with a partial refund for the difference.
- Exchange for the UColor O2 at a price of $309.99, without a refund, and receive a free UStand VESA mount as compensation.
- If you wish to switch to another model, please contact our customer service team to arrange a free exchange or pay the price difference for an upgrade.
