January 2025 Update

We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your orders. Due to an unexpected increase in demand and high order volumes, we are working hard to ramp up our production capacity to fulfill all pre-orders as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, two of our pre-order models will require additional time to ship. Below are the updated shipping timelines:

December 2024 Update

We sincerely apologize for the delay. The Delta Series presale received an unexpectedly high level of demand, resulting in shipments being processed in batches. For customers still waiting for their orders, we kindly ask for your continued patience as we scale up production capacity. Rest assured, we are working diligently to complete all orders as quickly as possible. Please find the latest shipping timeline update for the Delta Series below:

  • Delta Pro Touch - 16" 60Hz: Late January 2025
  • Delta Max Pro Touch - 18" 60Hz: March 2025
  • Delta Max Touch - 18.5" 100 Hz: Late January 2025
  • Delta Max No Touch - 18.5" 100Hz: In Stock
  • Delta Pro Touch - 16" 120Hz: To Be Determined
  • Delta Max Pro Touch - 18" 120Hz: To Be Determined

In addition, we are excited to announce the launch of our Delta Mega - 23.8 Inch 100Hz, now available for presale! As a larger-sized addition to our lineup, this model offers enhanced viewing experiences perfect for both work and entertainment.

Estimated Shipping Date: Mid-February 2025.

October 2024 Update

The Pro Touch 60Hz and Pro Max Touch 60Hz were launched on Oct. 21st and are currently experiencing strong sales. We invite you to make a purchase.

At the same time, due to the ongoing thermal challenges associated with the Pro Touch 120Hz, our team is diligently working towards a solution. However, this may result in a delay in delivery. If you require a monitor promptly, we recommend the Pro Touch 60Hz as a viable alternative. To facilitate this decision, for all users who purchased the Pro Touch 120Hz before September 29, 2024, we are pleased to offer the following options:

  • Discount Offer: Purchase the Pro Touch 60Hz for a price of $489.99, with a corresponding partial refund applied based on your original purchase price.
  • Bonus Points Option:  You may choose to receive 1.2 times the refund amount as store points instead of a refund. These points will be issued as a gift card, which can be utilized for any product available on our official website.

For instance, if you initially purchased the Pro Touch 120Hz for $549.99, you may opt for a $60 refund or a $72 gift card.

If you choose to wait for the Pro Touch 120Hz, please be informed that we estimate the new delivery timeframe to be in Q1 2025.


July 2024 Update

Due to the challenging thermal issues associated with the Pro Touch 120Hz, our team is still working on a solution. In the meantime, we will begin mass production of the Pro Touch 60Hz to meet your needs. This issue has also affected the delivery of the Pro Max Touch 120Hz. Therefore, we will also produce a batch of Pro Max Touch 60Hz for you to choose from. Below are the delivery times:

  • Delta Pro Touch 60Hz: Aug 15th-20th
  • Delta Pro Touch 120Hz: Sep
  • Delta Max Pro Touch 60Hz: Sep to Oct
  • Delta Max Pro Touch 120Hz: Oct to Nov

If you are in urgent need of the monitor, we recommend choosing the 60Hz Pro Touch and we will provide a corresponding compensation plan.


June 2024 Update

First batch of Delta Pro Touch will be ready in late July and ship to oversea warehouse.


May 2024 Update

Due to the similar development timeline, we have decided to replace the Delta Max Pro with Delta Max Pro Touch. 

Delta Max Pro is the 18" dual monitor runs on Kickstarter start in Sep 2023.
