It's quite easy to understand connection method besides USB-C, as you can see in the blow table, all ports only support one signal type, Video & Audio, which means you need to power up the monitor when using below connection ports:

HDMI
More and more uperfect monitors use Mini HDMI than HDMI due to it's slim design. Some model still retain HDMI because the connection is more strong and stable. No matter which model you purchase, you can always find the corresponding HDMI cable:
- HDMI port: HDMI to HDMI cable
- mini HDMI port: HDMI to mini HDMI cable
After connecting HDMI cable, power up the monitor with the PD charger come along, then all things done.
Mini DisplayPort
Several Macbook and Surface laptop use mini DP port. If you are using these models, kindly use a mini DP male to HDMI female adapter. After that, just folow above HDMI cable connection step.
DVI & VGA
In case you are trying to upgrade your old PC or other devices with a UPERFECT monitor but has only DVI or VGA port, you have two options:
- Buy the monitor with HDMI port, convert the DVI or VGA port to HDMI using adapter. Make sure that the adapter can transfer from DVI or VGA to HDMI. This is important because some adapters only support one-way convert HDMI to DVI or VGA. Following that, refer to above HDMI cable connection process.
- Buy UProject Series monitor which has VGA port build-in. However, you need to bring your own VGA cable as it is not included in the package.
