How to Upgrade UColor J5 Firmware for SWITCH 2 HDMI 4K OutputUpdated 3 days ago
For the UColor J5 120Hz monitor, when connected to the HDMI port on the SWITCH 2 dock, the resolution is only 720×480. After reflashing the firmware, it will be 3840×2160 at 60Hz.

The following is the firmware upgrade SOP:
1.Unzip Customer V1.6.zip, then open the folder and double-click RTDTool.exe, select ISP.
2.Select AUX here.
3.Choose 0, and check the box as shown in the figure.
4.Load the firmware:
The firmware file is attached —IDHG573T42_JG2720A_SNV0217HUEPS5_20250812_NE173QUM_NY1_3840X2160_120HZ_2C44(1).bin
5.Select the two options shown in the figure.
6.Connect the monitor to the original power adapter, then connect it to the computer via USB-C. The computer must be running Windows and have a full-featured USB-C port, and the cable must be a full-featured USB-C cable (with DP signal). Note: Do not disconnect the power during the upgrade process.
7.Click the lightning icon to start the upgrade.
